Camp Perry in History

I came across this video of Camp Perry via the Black Hawk Update. I love the narration style that is typical for the era. pronematch.com historian Hap Rocketto tells us Corporal Edward Grimes won the Daniel Boone Trophy in 1954 which pretty much dates the video.

    This video is from the “Wood Age” before aluminum was invented and before Newton discovered colour. A simpler time when cows were safe from having their hides turned into shooting jackets and Germans were probably still prohibited from manufacturing guns.
