This week photographer Todd May provides us with a unique view of Camp Perry during the winter. For so many of us, Camp Perry is a summer destination and seeing it covered in snow is a strange and interesting spectacle!

How odd to see snow covering everything! (When we were there, everything was covered with mayflies.)
What can’t be felt in these photos is the intense cold when the wind blew. It wasn’t bad walking around with no wind, but when the wind was blowing you could feel the air enter through jacket seams.
It was fun watching the guys go out ice fishing with quads. I never got to see what they caught.
Todd would leave with a smile and return with a smile. His face was usually a lot redder though.
