Putnam Invitational Indoor 50 Yard Match Results

Tom McGurl keeping the furnace primed with quarters on the 50 yard firing line.

The General Israel Putnam Invitational Iron Man Indoor 50 Yard Match (that’s a mouthful) was held Saturday March 6th at Putnam Fish and Game Club in Connecticut. The 80 shot 4-position match was fired indoors at 50 yards. It was a unique experience to be able to shoot 50 yards indoors…with mirage. Some great scores were shot and multiple National Records were set. A big thanks to Hap Rocketto and Tom McGurl for making the match a huge success.
